I have a similar rod and have only used this one twice, so it's in very good condition. There are no noticeable scratches on the grip, blank, or around the guides. There is a tiny EVA indentation in the red circle. The only included item is the rod itself; accessories are missing. This is a strong spinning rod that can handle a variety of heavier light rigs, similar to those used in bait finesse. It also has a stiff tip, making it suitable for lighter power finesse.
