Details are as follows: 2kg x 4 plates 3.5kg x 4 plates Total 8 plates 3 dumbbell shafts 2 shaft collars I've only used them a few times, so they are close to unused. If you connect the small shafts to make a longer shaft, it becomes like a barbell, and I think you can do exercises like barbell curls and French presses.
