This is a top-of-the-line Panasonic Rulo, but the operating noise is loud, and the drive unit seems on the verge of breaking. I considered sending it to Panasonic for repair, but the warranty period has just expired, and it would be a paid repair, so I'm giving up and listing it as junk.
