This is a Liz Lisa Many Ribbon Sleeve Sailor Blouse. I purchased this at a store and wore it 2-3 times. I couldn't find any stains as far as I could see, but please refrain from purchasing if you are very particular about condition. One of the buttons has been re-sewn.
