This is a famous work by a well-known artist known for Oni Shino, but this piece is Kohiki. While tea bowls and flower vases are Shino, isn't Kohiki the best for sake vessels, as the flavor deepens with years of use? I think it would be amazing if it started to leak (from use). Although unused, there are three small areas where the glaze has slightly peeled off on the exposed clay of the base. Price reduced on October 10th.
