This is a 140cm Thule frill raincoat. It comes with a storage bag, and the hood can be removed with buttons. It's a cute design with Thule's signature frills ^_^ I wrote my name on the storage bag, so I've erased it by coloring it in with a marker. I've already outgrown it, so I don't see any major noticeable scratches or stains, but as you can see in the photos, there are some stains on the right pocket and around the chest button.
