There are five screw holes, and the pickup hole is P90 size. The matte one (photos 1-3) is for left-handed guitars, and the glossy one (photos 4-5) can be used for right-handed guitars. They have been used hard for over 10 years, and the scratches and dullness that have occurred over that time give a realistic sense of aging.
