I purchased this from an artist in Ishigaki Island about 20 years ago. I've forgotten the artist's name, but I believe it's probably Minami-tou-yaki (South Island Pottery). The plates have unevenness and bleeding from the beginning, but they are unused. I've included images of each plate. Please refer to them. The teapot has been used several times, and color has seeped into the cracks (kannyu). I'm including the teapot as a service item, but please let me know if you don't need it. The plates are approximately 14.5cm in size, measured by an amateur.
