This is something my family used to play with. I no longer have a Dreamcast, so I haven't been able to confirm that it works. It was working fine until I stopped using it, but it's been stored in a warehouse for a long time, so I'm not sure about its current condition. There is some blue corrosion on the terminal connections. I have wiped it down, but some dirt remains, and there are scratches from use at the time, as well as some yellowing in places on the white parts, possibly due to long-term storage. There is also rust on the stick. Due to long-term storage and unconfirmed operation, no warranty is provided after purchase. Please understand this before purchasing.
