These are Converse sneakers. The size is 24cm. I wore them for about a month. They were causing blisters, so I had attached insoles. When I removed them for sale, some tape residue remained. (It's not very sticky.) I think they can still be worn for a while if you wash the shoelaces and take good care of them.
