I bought this for leash training my Labrador, but I barely used it. It's very sturdy, so I think it would be good for strong dogs and for teaching them to walk beside you. My dog was quite stubborn and wouldn't respond to this length. I would be happy if someone who loves dogs and takes good care of them would buy it.
