This is a Nagoya obi by Uzan Kimura, a holder of the title of Important Intangible Cultural Property (Living National Treasure). It is old, but in good condition. There are some fold wrinkles, but I believe it is unused. There appears to be some slight discoloration on the front pattern, but since the pattern is the same on both sides, and it's only on one side, there should be no problem with wearing it. Also, as shown in the photos, there are faint spots, but they are not noticeable. I cherished it too much and never wore it. I think the color scheme is a wonderful feature of this obi.
