This is a frilled shawl made by BABY TEARS, which I had made to match my costume at a previous presentation. It's made of a glossy fabric. It can be hand-washed. The beautiful frills make the costume look gorgeous. It's also very cute when worn around the waist. White with purple polka dots (2 cm in diameter) There are no noticeable stains, fraying, or major damage. The material is also wrinkle-resistant.
