This is a waterproof sheet for a baby futon. I've forgotten what kind of set I bought it in, and this sheet alone was left almost unused. I think I probably bought it as part of a set with a quilted sheet or something similar. There are many fold wrinkles, but it has been washed and stored. There don't seem to be any noticeable stains. I hope someone who understands the condition will purchase it. Thank you.
