This is a Bio-Amethyst Mat from Richway Japan. I had Richway Japan repair it, and I've been using it with a vinyl sheet, so the mat is like new. The controller is an older model, but I believe the functionality is the same. There are no issues with the power supply. The white accessory mat has some minor stains, but they are not very noticeable. There is no dedicated case, so please prepare one separately.
