This is the base part of the Snoo swaddle belt, size M. The instruction manual and box are not included. I am the second user, and I only used it for one day. I didn't see any major stains, but it seems the previous users used it for about 2-3 months each, so there are wrinkles, signs of use, and some dirt on the adhesive parts (the Velcro is a bit weak). I removed as much lint and fibers as possible from the adhesive parts. There are still a few, but I think it's in generally clean condition. Washed with baby detergent. No pets or smokers. This is a product recommended for those who want to try it out, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about it being a used item. Also, please understand that because I am a non-professional inspector, there may be oversight of minor details even if they are not mentioned. It will be folded for shipping.
