This is a decorative item for a 3-year-old's Shichi-Go-San (a Japanese festival for children aged three, five, and seven), to be attached to a hifu (a sleeveless vest). It's tied with thick Edo-uchi cord, and features a cotton pearl-style bead and a tassel in the center. The color is white. The knot may loosen, but in that case, pulling on the petal parts will restore it. Please understand this before purchasing. As shown in the third image, it can also be made into a brooch type for an additional 100 yen. The brooch pin is attached in the opposite direction from the norm, so that right-handed people can easily attach it from the front. Therefore, the pin's storage position is upside down.
