It's been about 8 years, but I think it's in good condition. Note: There are scratches on the front and back covers. Note: There is some age-related staining on the back cover. Otherwise, there are no noticeable stains, tears, or odors. Note: There is some warping on the top of the back cover due to humidity during storage. This is only on the back cover, so if you are sensitive or want a perfect item, I do not recommend purchasing. Note: No returns. Other notes: It was stored at home. I have a cat, so I do not recommend it for those with allergies. Also, cat hair may be attached/mixed in. There may also be initial stains or scratches that I overlooked. Please understand that this is a personal inspection. I will ship it with protection against water damage.
