This is an INNO roof rack carrier, model IM569. I used it when I had an X-Trail T31. I've only used it once, so I don't think there are any major noticeable scratches. However, there are a few scratches like the ones in the photos, and there are marks from tightening the screws. Therefore, please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a perfect, pristine item. All parts and instructions are included. The case (box) is not in great condition, but it is usable and has been stored, so I will pack and ship it. Also, the brackets in photos 4 and 5 will be packed as they are (as I think it will make installation easier), but if you are concerned, please comment and I will remove them.
