It's in almost new condition. I opened it once after purchase, but I haven't actually used it. It comes with the original box. It has the stability you'd expect from K&M, and it's an easy-to-use stand for both acoustic and electric guitars. I don't see any scratches or stains, but please check the photos just in case.
