This is a beige-colored, single-button, knee-length regular coat from Brooks Brothers. It's new and was purchased about three years ago. After being worn a few times initially, it has been cleaned and stored in a dark place. I believe it's essentially in unused, excellent condition. It's a basic type of coat that's perfect for the upcoming cold season. The liner can be removed with a zipper. It should be useful not only in business settings but also off-duty. I will be selling it with the cleaning already done, as shown in the photos. I'm offering it with minimal opening for the photos. It will be wrapped in plastic, carefully folded compactly, and delivered with care in a cardboard box. The size is S, but it fits me perfectly, and I usually wear a size L.
