The Velcro has deteriorated after two years of use, so I've added extra Velcro using zip ties as shown in the photos, and it's currently usable for sale. The size is suitable for women from about 22cm to men up to 29cm. However, it won't tighten securely for those under 25cm. It's recommended for beginners and family use, but it no longer provides the hold needed for large jumps or intense tricks. It was used in seawater, so the appearance is poor due to corrosion and wear, but the main body is thick and sturdy, so it should last for several years if the Velcro is replaced.
