This is an attaché case from Swaine Adeney Brigg, a long-established British brand founded in 1750. It is a brand that holds a Royal Warrant from the British Royal Family. This is a custom-ordered attaché case (officially "attaché") of the classic type, and I believe it is no longer possible to purchase this model new, making it quite rare. I believe this is the first time it has been offered on the used market worldwide. The custom features include: the standard brass (gold) hardware was changed to chrome plating (silver), the interior was changed from the usual green to beige, and the width of the gusset was made wider than usual to allow for more contents. This customization alone cost a considerable amount. I used it for business, so I considered practicality and made it silver to match suits and be easy to use, with a highly visible interior and ample storage capacity. I love attaché cases and have owned many from brands like Hermès, Cartier, Zero Halliburton, and Rimowa, with different materials, but I couldn't part with this bag, and its quality is in a class of its own. The bridle leather also feels thicker and more densely packed with fibers than the current ones. I don't think they can use such luxurious leather in this day and age. The more you use it, the deeper the black color will become. Honestly, the leather quality is on a different level than Whitehouse Cox, Mansaw, and Ohba Seihou. I would be happy to pass this bag on to someone who appreciates its appeal, as it has been very successful in business. It's a lucky bag that has brought me much success. I think it has very high value as a collector's item or as an ornament. As those familiar with Swaine Adeney know, it is the brand of the bag that James Bond carried in the movie "From Russia with Love." Although you can't buy it now, it would cost over 1 million yen if you were to purchase it. Regarding the condition, there are scratches and scuffs from normal use. As shown in photos 6 and 7 (enlarged), there is a dent (or scratch?) in one place. Although not shown in the photos, two keys for the lock are included.
