This is Marshall's Learning Watch from Paw Patrol. It has clock, timer, stopwatch, and alarm functions, plus 4 games. The games included math, characters, and matching games. It's in English, but since it was from Toys "R" Us, I believe it's intended for children. It was a gift, but since we don't know Paw Patrol at all, it hasn't been used much. It's clean, but it is a used item, so please only purchase if you understand this.
