Mobile Pouch Black Cat This pouch is for carrying handkerchiefs, tissues, etc. For elementary school, grade school students, and commuting. It feels nice to the touch and has a warm feel. For autumn and winter It's a 2-way style, either over the shoulder or attached to the waist, but I've disposed of the waist clip, so it can only be used over the shoulder.
