(No box included) I received these from my father, and the details are unknown. (I was told they were obtained in Ibaraki Prefecture, so I believe they are probably Kasama-yaki.) The tokkuri and ochoko were obtained separately, but both have a similar single-character engraving (which appears to be "岩" - "rock"). The gradation of brown and gray is beautiful. The tokkuri has a crescent-shaped mark (likely from sticking to another piece during firing, as shown in image 3) which adds to its character. It's a very comfortable size to hold.
