There is a tear and fraying around the left index finger. It was advertised as waterproof, and it was fine in light rain and snow. However, I haven't used it for extended periods in heavy rain, so I'm not sure about its effectiveness in those conditions. This is a used item, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about minor details or are overly sensitive.
