This is one of my aunt's cup and saucer collection, an antique piece with a hand-painted design. It's a Royal Winton Grimwades teacup, with a signature by B. Austin (see image 5). I believe it's from the 1950s, though this is not certain. I'm not very knowledgeable about these items, so I only know that there are no chips or cracks. However, the gold on the handle and the rim of the cup is worn (please check all images). There's also some wear on the gold where the cup sits on the saucer (9), and black spots on the underside (8). I'm afraid to touch it, so I haven't tried to wipe them, wondering if they are stains or paint from the hand-painting process. Additionally, there are small scratches on the gold parts overall.
