I bought this in Harajuku about 15 years ago. I forgot the price, but I think it was quite expensive. It's made of glass, alloy, and feathers, and the base is a sturdy tweed-like material. It uses various parts and I think it's a one-of-a-kind, well-made piece. Thank you.
