It belonged to a member of the Mie Naval Air Group, but it seems to be a commemorative cap from the post-war period. There is a tag on the back with the affiliation and name. The front is velvet and the back is mesh. The size can be adjusted with the adjuster, and I can barely wear it at 62cm, but it's tight. I think it's suitable for around 60cm.
