The square tea plate is the charm of this trio. This Rose & Blue Ribbon design is very cute and a very popular item. As it is a work from the 1940s to 50s, it is a vintage item that has already passed more than 70 years. The pale yellow and white two-tone, the shades of pink of the English roses, the blue ribbons, and the shades of green leaves, make this a cute and elegant piece. The double-trimmed gold gilding, the stepped part of the cup, and the handle are also decorated with gold gilding. As you can see, the cup has the same large pattern on both the front and back. Cup: Approximately 8.5cm in diameter, approximately 7cm in height Saucer: Approximately 14cm in diameter Square plate: Approximately 15.5cm in diameter I purchased this as a used vintage item. I have not used it myself, but the tea plate has some knife marks, and it is not like new. It is hardly noticeable unless you look closely, but this is a subjective opinion, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. Colclough was founded in Stoke-on-Trent, England in 1890. In 1913, it was given the Royal Warrant by the Royal Family, and flourished in the 1930s, producing many works. It merged with Ridgway in the 1950s, and was then absorbed into the Royal Doulton Group in the 1970s, after which Colclough's production ceased.
