There are no scratches or stains overall, but there are scratches and stains on the back buttons. The top button on the right side of the back buttons is unresponsive. The other buttons work fine, but this item is being sold as junk. No claims or returns accepted. The L1, L2, R1, and R2 buttons are smart triggers. No accessories included.
