This is a set-up with a nursing opening in the lining. It includes shorts with an elastic waistband. The pants also have the same lining. I purchased this a while ago, but I've kept it in good condition. I've mainly used it for ceremonies, so it's still in great shape. You can also wear the top and bottom separately as everyday wear.
