Functionality confirmed. This 2-way design can be used as is or with a clip. I purchased this around November of last year and tried it out, but I couldn't get the hang of it, so I'm selling it while it's still in good condition. I haven't used it over mascara. The brush and charging cord are unused. There may be minor scratches as it was stored with other cosmetics. Non-smoker, ships on weekdays, simple packaging. Thank you.
