I received this from an acquaintance. It's a commemorative item from the WEC held on September 26-28, 2025. It's not generally available and seems to be a rare item given to those involved. It appears to be modeled after the 499P. The base also has a 499P design. The object is made of metal, so there are some minor scratches. It also has a decent weight.
