This is an Agnes B. dress. It's a black rayon-like material with a white polka dot pattern. The quality tag is missing, so the exact material is unknown. The bottom gold button is missing. The sleeves have darts at the shoulders and cuffs, giving them a puff sleeve look. There are loops on both sides of the waist, but no waist belt.
