This is a tulle skirt from Snidel. I think it cost around 15,000 yen. I loved it, but I didn't have many chances to wear it, and the size no longer fits, so I'm selling it. The waist is 31cm when laid flat. There is thick elastic in the back. I don't think there are any noticeable scratches or stains, but it's a delicate fabric.
