By using it when you're away from your desk while working from home, you can avoid the "away" status on Teams and Slack, and avoid being reprimanded for taking a break. Common jigglers use software or apps, which can raise security concerns and the worry of being found out by your company. This one is an external device that simply connects with a cable, so it's safe to use. I'm selling it now that I'm done working from home. It also has a timer function, which was quite convenient.
