This is a set of two Meinl TMC Conga stands. These stands are still sold today, but the ones from this era have aluminum legs, making them much lighter and easier to carry than the current steel models, which is preferred by some. The stands have some minor scratches, but the rubber feet are mostly in good condition, and overall, I think they are in good shape.
