Only the outer box and the main unit are included. I was using it until about six months ago, and it works without any problems. The main unit was kept in a case, and a film was applied to the LCD screen. There are no screen cracks or defects whatsoever. I think it's in generally good condition, but there are some scratches on the corners (see images). Find My iPhone is turned OFF. The battery's maximum capacity is 76%.
