It's very bright with three mantles. The brightness can be adjusted. I've only used it once or twice in the summer for nighttime barbecues. I'm also including a brand new mantle and a power booster to prevent performance degradation due to the gas canister getting too cold during use. There is some minor surface rust on the top (see image). Gas canisters are not included. Besides barbecues, how about preparing for power outages during disasters?
