This is a Smart Angel brand rain cover for the back of a stroller (Type A and B strollers compatible) from Nishimatsuya. I used it about 10 times. The area near the string that attaches to the stroller handle is torn. Please check the image (6th image). When shipping, I will take it out of the case and flatten everything for shipping.
