In my opinion, LAVA's SUKALA Yogi Rug cannot absorb all the sweat from a one-hour lesson, and my feet would slip from sweat towards the end of the lesson. So, I made a yoga mat towel with a thin microfiber towel. Since I started using this, it absorbs sweat rapidly, allowing me to concentrate on the lesson without worrying about my footing. The fold-over part secures it to the mat, so slippage is not a concern. I made several, so I'm offering this unused, brand-new item to someone who would like it.
