Received item. I have confirmed that the power turns on when plugged in and it functions as a tuner. However, there is static noise when operating the volume switch (power on/off). Please be aware that maintenance is required for comfortable use. There is noticeable damage to the exterior. Please check the photos carefully. Feel free to ask any questions in the comments.＾＾
