I have wide feet and a high instep, and my heels protrude, but as the photos show, the actual size is almost 24cm, so it's understandable that this size feels tight. I imagine it would be perfect for those who usually wear 22.5〜23.5cm. The material is soft and doesn't hurt even when worn barefoot. This is just my personal experience, but for your reference. I was looking for sandals for indoor work that are easy to put on and take off, comfortable, don't cause fatigue, and are reasonably priced. The soft, low-rebound material provides comfort that exceeds the price, but wearing socks makes it even tighter, and another exchange would cost more in shipping, which is a waste...
