The left joystick is malfunctioning. It doesn't not respond at all, but it doesn't work properly, so it's unusable for games. Games that don't use the left joystick can be played without any problems. The buttons other than the left joystick are not a problem. The LCD has some minor scratches, but there are no cracks.
