This item was purchased by my family and stored at home for a long time. While there is some discoloration and soiling due to age, there are no tears or writing on the main body of the books. Some of the book cases' plastic covers and the obi (paper bands) have tears, but the books inside are in relatively good condition and are perfectly readable. Please check the photos for the following: Volume 11, which has a damaged case and plastic cover; Volume 22, which is in good condition; and Volume 5, which has a torn obi. All volumes include their monthly supplements (geppo). The original flyers and pamphlets that came with the books will also be included.
