This is an aftermarket product imported from overseas. First, regarding the "Gibson logo": it's a logo sticker made from genuine mother-of-pearl, sliced extremely thin to about 0.1mm. It's a modernized version based on the 1950s logo, and its shape is similar to the logos used on current Historic Collection guitars. It's a sticker, so you just peel off the blue backing sheet and transfer the entire sticker, including the surface protection sheet. When used for guitar repair, it can be applied to finishes like lacquer and poly without any problems. The thickness, including the adhesive layer, is approximately 0.15mm. Next, regarding the "Les Paul decal": unlike the Gibson logo, the "Les Paul decal" is a "water-slide decal." As shown in the image, it's already cut out around the letters, so you can remove only the letters by soaking it in lukewarm water. Please search for instructions on how to use water-slide decals.
