This is an old-style Stokke harness. Unlike the new harness, this type attaches directly to the Tripp Trapp chair itself, so it can be used regardless of whether you have the old or new baby set. I forgot to take pictures of the attachment hardware and instruction manual, but I will post them as soon as I take them. I used it for about 4 months, but I washed it regularly, so I think it's in a clean condition without any noticeable stains.
