This is a retro and very rare Mickey Mouse wearing a tuxedo, with wings on his back and holding a conductor's baton. He has a battery box on his back and a switch on his left arm. I have confirmed that he moves, but he stops when the arm switch is released, although his legs still move. It's unclear if he was walking or dancing. Requires 3 AA batteries.
